39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING -2021
Dear Members,
39th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANNUAL SESSION: FINAL
NOTICE
As communicated on 16th February 2021, arrangements have been made to conduct
the Annual Session – 2021 and the Annual General Meeting 2020/21 on 27th March
2021 via zoom.
Accordingly, sessions are planned as follows;
1. Annual Sessions- 2021
Scheduled to be held from 09:00 to 12:00. Please note that Annual Session is considered as a Continuous Professional Development Programme organized by Institute of Town Planners Sri Lanka. In addition, Participants should complete the feedback form which will be sent
after the session to fulfill the CPD requirements.
2. Annual General Meeting 2020/21
Scheduled to be held from 14:00 to 16:30.
I also would like to bring your attention is brought to Rule 16.3, and Rule 34.2
of the Institute.
Accordingly, in order to continue with the active membership:
1. Attending at least one CPD Programme conducted by the Institute within the
preceding year (Rule 34.2) and
2. Payment of the annual membership subscription, along with dues, by
15th March each year (Rule 16.2.),
are requirements.
Your attention is also brought to Rule No 16.3 which spells that if the dues are not paid
for consecutive three years, such member shall cease to be a member
Furthermore, only active members are entitled to;
Attend and take part in discussions at any meeting of the Institute, Vote on any matter,
Be elected or appointed to Council, Be appointed to any Standing Committee or any other Committee or Sub Committee, and Receive any publications or communications of the Institute;
Hence, I request Members who have not fulfilled any of the above requirements
or both to fulfill them by attending the annual session and paying the membership
dues via online (www.itpsl.lk) or deposit the due amount at the following Bank
account;

Current membership fees are as follows:
Fellow Member Rs. 3000.00
Corporate Member Rs. 2000.00
Associate Member Rs. 1000.00
